Dalia brings with her years of luxury marketing and sales experience as well as hotel and culinary industry knowledge. Dalia was most recently with Schloss Elmau in Germany, as Director of Marketing & Communications. Prior to that, she served as the Executive Director for the prestigious Oakville Appellation in the Napa Valley, and at the Culinary Institute of America as Manager for Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Relations.

Originally from Switzerland, Dalia earned her B.A. and M.A. in Music & Cultural Studies from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and Hagen, Germany, and her MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
